God commands all people everywhere to repent because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness Acts 17:30-31
So then everyone of us shall give account of himself to God. Romans 14:12
For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil 2Corinthians 5:10

And just as it is appointed for man to die once and then comes judgement Hebrews 9:27

Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgement, every secret thing, whether good or evil Ecclesiastes 12:14
